I look forward to your reply.

My Cowley V6 has had her belts renewed twice by Russell of MG Rover Solutions. He specialises in this work (and MGTF head gasket replacements) and though based in Kent is a mobile operation and comes to your home across the country to carry out the work. Competitively priced too.

All the best, Nicholas/Zircon

It was Russell who correctly diagnosed and fixed the knocking noise on my KV6 which had left most folk baffled. He basicaly re-built it on my drive, and for a VERY competitive price. Highly recommended - a very talented mechanic. .

I'm not far from the OP in St Albans and was due to take my ZTT to Lates in April but the lockdown killed that. As I've not used a full tank of fuel since January and my last belts were 8 years/17,000 miles ago I'm not too worried and will rebook for later this year.

Hi Stan.. I think at that mileage , I would discount the age of the belts being a risk. I don’t know if you read my post earlier on, but at 11 years and 80,000 miles, but the belts were in quite good condition.
