This is getting interesting.
Both my 2001 and 2004 are showing GMN. Was GMK possibly on face lift cars, 2005 onwards? (NO see post 12) If you're still reading this trikey, can you shed any further light on it please? Regards Mike

I've gone back to posts from 2010, and earlier, and started to find references to White Gold 1 & 2.
This would tie in with Trikey's input. White Gold 1 was code GMK White Gold 2 was code GMN As I said earlier, we simply need to check the 3 character code, Regards Mike

Looks like mine is neither of those - it’s MCN Platinum Gold. Oh well - maybe not such a coincidence after all!
Cheers, Toby |

Oh dear, back to the starting blocks then.
I've sort of jumped on to this one, and it's turned up OK for me, sorry. Maybe we can meet up sometime, the South East social side is kicking off again. Let me know if you're interested, details on the SE forum Regards Mike

Hi Mike,
No worries! To be honest I’ve got bigger fish to fry at the moment - I’m halfway through replacing the front brake pipes and someone stole my brand new battery from under the car yesterday (had to remove the battery tray for access)! At least my drivers door is mostly working, it’s just a slightly different colour to the rest of the car. Cheers, Toby |
