You probably know this already, but check your cam can use a 64. Some will only take up to 32gb.

The ones I’m currently looking at take up to 256GB so will be ok but good advice for others.

Must be fake at that price I'm afraid. Amazon/Ebay other places full of them. Most actually only take about 4gb when they arrive.

I wouldnt be so sure, I got an email recently from 7 day shop with an offer of a 128gb one for £22 or similar. So it could be possible.

EDIT, just read the full email, it is a SD card and £23.99. But 7 day shop do 64gb for £7.99, so £4.64 coming from what is effectively a wholesale environment would be believable to me. A couple of years ago Asda were clearing out their Sandisk cards, and a colleague of mine got me a 128GB SD for £13! I dont know why I got him to get it for me, I prefer smaller cards lol. I get lazy with large capacity cards

I have had numerous 128gb from Amazon which were fake. Its very hard to know until you start filling it up and then all of a sudden it won't take any files. Everything about the fake says it isn't, packaging etc. Also when you pop it into a PC is shows up as 128gb. There is some software out there to physically check the card for its capacity but can't recall what its called, its also long winded and not very user friendly. If something sound too good to be true it usually is
