USB to harmony? Possible?
If you can your best bet is loading your music on your mobile or use spotify or similar, buy a bluetooth FM transmitter for £15 and bluetooth all your music and radio stations to your Harmony unit.
Check this : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Baseus-Wi...wAAOSw5eBfVZxc These are so good these days you get no feedback or hiss from FM transmitters

I tried something similar a while back and it needed the volume way up and as you said, it hissed and spluttered! So, the new ones are better? Her indoors has offered me her Sony BT radio, so may be sorted. I just have to put her VW radio/CD back in to her Polo and find a way to input her USB stick or Ipod! Doh!
EDIT- She's happy to use CDs so that's a soopa dooper Sony for mine then! Fitting kit and steering wheel control kit on the way!

I've ordered the wrong fitting kit (told you I was a technophobe!). Re-ordered the correct one now! Incidentally, for my harmony low line with the BMW type round pin with steering wheel controls it's a Connects2 https://connects2.com/Product/ProductItem/CTSRV002.2#
