Default Are classic cars doomed?

I'm sure there's a few members here that are subscribers to the Furious driving YT channel, He's asking is the 40 year rule killing classic cars?

The government has a consultation going at present about registering historic, classic, rebuilt vehicles etc. Have your say as it's open til 4th July 2024.
