ok, today was indeed hard graft, but worth it.
I have used these: and 3m yellow and blue polishes plus the 'buff daddy' das 6, i proceeded to polish the N/S front wing, front door, rear door, rear wing, boot and the bonnet. Also had to clay it first after the detarring and the fallout removal. was still amazed how much the clay drew out of some bits. I was very pleased with the result, the Gold in the car really stands out so much more now, and it looks really 'wet'. more work tomorrow

OMG Tony...
That is truly magnificent. That car is a true credit to you and I would be so proud to own it. You should take it to shows so others can see all your hard work and effort. Very well done you mate. P.S:- Lose those rancid wheels please. :-) |

more than words, more than words. I suspect I will have trouble finding solace in my Serpents. But I will try.

Today was a very busy day.
Finished the other half of the car today , claying, 3m Yellow Perfect-It compound, followed by 3m Blue Ultra Fina polish with the DA. Washed it to get rid of any mess from the polisher spraying off, and was very pleased with the results. So pleased, I decided it was time to accelerate my plan to put my Serpent alloys on. So now, this picture is the picture I was waiting for. This car now has a few more things to be done to it , but externally or internally none of those will affect the appearance dramatically. So this is pretty much the final look I was going for. It was a long road, but it was worth it. thanks for listening.
