Default How to find out if you are a director

Many years ago my wife helped her brother start a company.
Now he is being nasty and although the company never went anywhere how do we find out if she is named as being anyone in that company?
Wanting to make sure that what ever he does there is no financial implications for us, don't want to end up on cant pay we'll take it away.

You could give Experian a call with his name and address to see if he has any liabilities against him, bad credit, etc. Explain what your seeking and ask to flag up the name of his companies, fee based. No need to mention your previous involvement if you want to stay out of the loop...
