Default eyelets of oem roof bars/roof box

as per the title, does anyone who owns either the OEM roof box, or the OEM roof bars know how and where the lashing eyelets secure please? I don't have instructions so i'm trying to work it out and failing

Remove the end pieces then slide out the rubber insert strip that runs along the top of the roof bar.

You will have to cut the rubber insert strip to suit the position of the loops.

Slide a short piece of rubber along the top slot, then a loop, then a long piece of rubber, then another loop and finally a short piece of rubber.

The lengths of the rubber can be varied depending on where you want the loops.

You can see the cut rubber on this picture. You would slide the hoops along the slot.

Can you buy the hoops anywhere as mine are missing from my bars.

Try ebay. I think the "foot" is the same size as the thule ones
