Defacelifting
Quite a simple question. Are mk1 and 2 zt front ends interchangeable? Headlight mountings look very similar as does the bonnet.
Thinking of going this way as I think I prefer pre facelifts. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk |

I do believe that they are a straight swop,Bearing in mind you will need to change the lights etc.

Headlights was the main reason I like the twin lights. Marvelous. Part gathering time.

Lights, bumpers, and I believe arch liners?
On a Rover you'd need to think about bonnet release (claw vs latch) also. |

http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/inde...month_april_15 The wheel arch liners are the same on both versions. No need to fit a Mk1 bonnet release claw, the Mk2 works fine. The front bumper is a straight swap, not withstanding having to change the foglamps and the headlamps. The rear bumper is a straight swap. The only hard work is on the tourer tailgate where you have to change the filler piece secured to the lower tailgate. Dave T |

Try to find bumpers the right colour or you will be looking at £400 / £500 to get them sprayed.

This would be a bit difficult for me, as difficult as it is finding me a facelift rear bumper in Firefrost, it may be somewhat trickier finding a mk1 front and back in CEV.
