Can one of the knowledgable guys give me the no of the bulb are they d2s bulbs thank you in advance

Certainly are, 4300K standard fitting or 6000K if you want to look "cool"

yes as above, they are d2s. wouldn't go above 6000k as the light output ends up being quite poor

Is there a big difference between 4300 and 6000k in terms of light output?

5000K is the sweetspot.

4300K should therefore be (slightly) brighter than 6000K.

Light intensity is meaured in Lumen (lm)..
