thats a hell of a water leak into the oil in the sump isnt it. must be evidence showing on the plugs if its being burned. cant be a cracked block can it ? more investigation needed first i think. did you pressure test the coolant system as per the how to on here ? best revisit the manifold gaskets and fit new ones but does that explain that large volume of coolant in the sump ? im not so sure..... stranger things have happened at sea ..
