Andy, David and Martin,
Your meters were posted yesterday and should hopefully be delivered tomorrow by Royal Mail. Paul (paulonsite) - I have not heard from you in response to the above posts and PM. I hope everything is OK as you have not logged in since the 26th September. I will hold onto the meter for you. Equally, if you have changed your mind it is not the end of the world. Just drop me a PM to this effect and I will offer it to the members. For the benefit of those who took an interest in the costs. These worked out as follows. Price paid per meter in batch of 5 £12.55 Cost of 4 spare fast-blow fuses £ 1.40 Onward postage £ 3.20 Total requested from each member £17.15 Your challenge, if you wish to accept it, is to beat £17.15 for an equivalent service! |

Hi Maninder,
Mine was waiting for me when I got home. Well packaged and seems an ideal meter for most routine tasks. The leads are good quality and the connections and rotary dial seem robust. Many thanks for your time and effort in arranging this. |

Signing off this thread
Ref. my post #20 above, Paul had been off the forum for personal reasons but made contact and payment. He should have his meter delivered tomorrow. I thought it was worth giving this update for the record.
As none of the recipients have raised any issues with their meters, I guess we can call this a activity a reasonable success. Thank you gents. |

I can only echo David's comments.
Used a fair few times and is absolutely great for me. Thanks Maninder. |
