Unhappy Instant regret

I thought I’d look into a non reoccurring brake light fault.
Instantly regretted taking the tourer lighter cluster off. Poppers broken and only one original bracket left.
To make things worse I done the other side and that had both brackets broken and one popper.
Changed the bulb as the messing with the wiring didn’t yield consistent results.
My clusters are now held on by thoughts and prayers

Hi message - Jack AKA Bizzylizzy on E Bay - he has done many self repair kits for 75/ZT's over the years including the invaluable Eeezee coolant Temperature gauge - he did sell a rear tourer light cluster repair kit - he may still have some .

I think Arctic has done a How To on fixing Tourer tail light clusters.
Try a search in the Howe To section

My recently acquired saloon is similar. However, rather than relying on prayers they are held on with those little elastic hair bands.

I found that 32 mm waste pipe brackets repaired the screw side brackets of the rear light clusters with a bit of fettling and glued into position

He has, a good one as usual. I followed his instructions to fix mine , but can’t remember what link I used.

Cheers for all advice guys.
I’ll ignore it until I can get the courage to tackle it or until I’m dragging the clusters along behind me!

The 3d printed clips are shocking quality and don't fit properly. Much better to buy the proper injection moulded ones from Rimmers.
