Default Need help choosing my sons number plate

I bought my son Toby a Metalic Black Kia Picanto for his first car as it is cheap to run and insure. He was born in 1999 and is a mean guitar player (but not a copper)

I can't decide which number plate to choose from out of my two selections.

Some help needed here please gents and ladies.

Mods, please keep it here just for a couple of days

both to me are meaningless but then unless they spell something or are a reference to a company they normally mean nothing to me
T, toby, no one will know
99/999 no one will know its his DOB
AXE/OBS, what's that?

Perhaps ask you son which will mean the most to him

Have you thought of NI registrations?

Although I think it would be expensive, if available, AXI 999 (that's the only one I can think of that would be relevant, except KIA 1999 or even KIA 7081 (KIA TOBI at a stretch lol) , although that would limit him to Kia cars lol.

AT08YAX?
