Default What is this?

This may be a stupid question.

My parking sensors don’t work, so I decided to check the fuse. I found this two fuse whatcha ma thing with a wire coming away from it. Any idea what it’s for?

It looks like what is known as a fuse tap which allow a circuit , dash cam etc ,to have a fused supply without having to cut into wiring, it is simply plugged into an unpopulated fuse space, perm live or ign live as needed.
