Yeah - I saw that in one of Seans posts on the "revised" unit... I was thinking more along the lines of something more personalised... but not really too bothered.

Jef concerning SWC... are the 2 cables for this part of one of the iso plugs or somewhere different? At the moment my SWC cables have smaller female bare connectors I think that plug into part of a 3 part connector and are just flapping in the breeze and prone to falling out of present connector...

The yellow/blue/green connector on our cars plug into the opposite socket on the head unit loom to provide swc.
If your car just has bare wires for the swc then these will need to be spliced to the head units two wires that provide swc

Hi John The Chinglish in the manuals is actually pretty good !
I received an old manual and was working on ENGLISH but the New Manual came out so I stopped ! i didnt get it in a format that I can edit yet. And yes they are with every unit and in all honesty are quite comprehensive ! I read it 2 times cover to cover ! Don't ask Jeff, he doesn't read manuals ! LOL

I have already been compiling an FAQ. I wanted to do it as the questions come in as they arrive.

FAQ looking good... with Torque program could you use a wifi elm327 interface in the obd2 plug? Point taken about mirrorlink... I'll have to see what its like... some of the mirrorlink programs dont seem to be that good the one I looked at from Samsung drivelink seemed a bit limited... will have to see what magiclink(?) Is like. This DD unit seems to be somewhat more advanced than what has gone before!
