Brake pedal rubber was worn through so replaced it. Stood back and admired my nice shiny car.

MOT today. 19 years old, 13 months MOT with no advisories. Well pleased after fitting wishbone, new bush, brake discs and pads, welding to the sills and touching up all the internal and external rustproofing. Big smiles all round!

Had to get the welding done by my local garage but all else done by yours truly. It gets harder as you get older (unlike other things!!!). Keeps me fit and my mind active.

Used this company to fix an annoying tear in the drivers side leather seat. It is where your right buttock sits. Its on the base and acts like a spring. Every time I drove my right buttock sank and makes driving a pain. He commented that the material was a bit on the tin side for his liking.

Today I’m doing this....

Ground off all the rust then treated with kurust, now watching the match while awaiting the red oxide to dry.
