BhP on a launch car ? am i correct in thinking they are 171 .or have I imagined this figure ?as always , any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought the 2.5 V6 autos were all 177bhp. It is quite possible tho that the launch cars, being earlier, hadn't been 'fettled' as far. Never heard of it though.

The Rover 2.5 litre KV6 is 177 Ps. The equivalent bhp figure is slightly lower. They are just two different ways of measuring the same maximum output.
