Default Grinding noise when turning left

Hi all.

As per subject when I turn the car left it sounds like something is grinding cant tell if its front or back. I have a suspicion it might be the power steering still to check.
The oil was low yesterday so I put in 1 litre then it stopped I thought maybe it was because of that.
Has anyone had this before?

Have a check of your wheel arch liners, they can come adrift at the bottom then the inside of the tyre catches when on full lock.

My grinding noise when turning was a fubared CV joint.

Mine made strange noises on full lock when it was a bit low on fluid. Topped it up, ok ever since.
