Free bits and bobs
Not much I'm afraid but they may be of use to someone, they are kicking around my garage for nothing:
- 2 pkts x headlamp convertor sticky on things - warning triangle in red plastic tube (NOT MG Rover brand) - Ash grey parcel shelf (WITHOUT blind) it was given to me as a donor for the blind so blind swapped out onto my sandstone shelf - Turtle wax polish Green - (the one with the "chipstick") - will suit a BRG or similar car [doesn't work too well on Silver!!] If anyone wants anything of the above let me know and I will bring it to Haynes. I'm sure there are a few other bits and bobs there which I will list if I find them

I wouldn't mind the parcel shelf Chris but I won't be at Haynes so getting it from A to B could be a mite tricky.
Btw, you haven't got a Symphony button cover (for the low-line switch pack) I suppose? |

Simon you are welcome to the shelf - I can look at postage for you if you wish? happy to - although it is an odd shape!
Failing that is anyone coming to Haynes a mate of yours who could hang onto it for you? Sorry, never had a Symphony so no parts for one etc either I'm afraid

I come up from Bournemouth twice a week, depending whereabouts in Shakesperes own you are, could drop it off, BUT (there's usually one!) my average time of going through is around midnight to 1am Warwick/M40 end or about 2 hours later Coventry/M6 or Nuneaton/A5 on my way down to the A14.
Oh and Soton's just up the road too |

Hi would this fit in the compartment on the tailgate (tourer) if so I wouldn't mind it. Also I probably won't be at the next meet so any postage costs I could paypal back to you.

CHRISTOPHER: Yes please Chris - can you investigate the postage cost? I don't have anyone from this neck of the woods going to Haynes. ROB: I've been trying to figure out your route(s). If it's any use I'm on the A3400 just South of Stratford-upon-Avon. The A3400 runs from J16 on the M40, south through Stratford and Woodstock to the A40 at Oxford. (The A40 leads back onto the M40). |

Ahh so you're out Shipton way Usual trip is up A34 from Winchester, onto M40, M42, however, now and again I've been known to travel up through the Cotswolds for a change of scenery, sometimes taking the A3400 from Shipton through Stratford and out onto Henley to pick up the 42, so shouldn't be too much of a problem if need be, providing a 17 tonne truck can get access and you don't mind someone skulking around at anywhere from midnight onwards!

Thanks Rob. I don't mind the 17-ton truck but you'd have a bit of trouble as there's nowhere for it to turn round (cul de sac). I'd have to meet you somewhere.
Let's see what Chris comes up with first (re postage cost). |
