Reminds me of a Billy Connolly story about childhood holidays in Aberdeen. His parents encouraging his to go and swim in the sea while ten miles offshore oil rig workers are being reminded about the importance of survival suits!

All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Thanks Jeff. The photo was taken with a GoPro, hence the fish eye touch. I should be okay. It could have been the sea water I swallowed that did me in last night.

A blast from the past ...here is one for you

I must say Phil that the water looks very clean and inviting and you both look very well
Good morning Steve, did we see blue skies over Wales yesterday? Oh your right about the water. It comes in over the reef. Hey ho, I am beginning to feel better after skipping breakfast. The nausea has abated.

Katanga put on a nice spread, but had to leave everything for Jessica to scoff, bless her heart

You look very relaxed and chilled there Phil - I'm envious

It's a bit grey and dull here - and the temperature has gone back down after a couple of days warmth (and torrential downpours) over the weekend. Haircut time this morning - I'll have to have it well thinned out, as I won't be getting another one until early July
