Thanks Jeff. The photo was taken with a GoPro, hence the fish eye touch. I should be okay. It could have been the sea water I swallowed that did me in last night.

You look very relaxed and chilled there Phil - I'm envious

It's a bit grey and dull here - and the temperature has gone back down after a couple of days warmth (and torrential downpours) over the weekend. Haircut time this morning - I'll have to have it well thinned out, as I won't be getting another one until early July
