Default Blood samples

I am having rather a lot of blood samples taken at the moment, its a wonder I have any blood left to be sampled

What I notice is that the 'vampires' skill at getting a sample varies tremendously. Some get it right first go, with hardly any pain, others muck it up and need to try again. The first timers leave hardly any mark, spill little blood and it quickly dries, with no bruise.

This week the vampire made a complete muck of trying to do it twice, a bit of pain, lots of blood pouring out and now a massive bruise in the fold of each elbow. It seems that is all they do all day, they ought to be highly skilled at taking the samples.

By contrast, I had a tetinous jab a few years ago in Wales, the nurse made such a good job of it, that I never felt it. I had to ask her if she was sure she had actually given me the jab.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

LOL I take my mam for blood tests at the clinic on a weekly basis, I say to her there must be more of your blood in test tubes at various hospitals than what you've got in your veins

When my appendix burst a few years ago I was in hospital for a week, IV antibiotics etc. I had so many needles stuck in me my veins decided they'd had enough. The ward staff couldn't get a sample, had to get the "Flying Squad" in, couple of specialist nurses on call for problem cases.
