Then I simply moved the desktop car icon into the 'art' folder listed in my PC TomTom file listings.

I closed my link to the PC and switched off my TomTom. Then I restarted it and went into 'CHANGE PREFERENCES' and then into the 'CHANGE CAR SYMBOL' section where my newly transferred Rover 75 car icon was waiting for me. I clicked on that and robert's yer muvvers brother! It worked

like I said before ... my menu ( just run an update) system doesn't have the change car symbol in the preferences section.

o well !

The first picture of the 75 is mine if you want a copy of the original I can upload it from my computer.

This is the original picture the custom cursor was produced from.

The option to display the onscreen car picture was introduced from the Go 720 upwards.

I have managed to get the Rover 75 curser on my TomTom GO 910 which dose not have the car symbol in the preference section using a programme on TomTom Heaven.

Thanks to the OP for these instructions, just customised my TT930 with the MG splash. First time I've had a TT, any other useful tips.............?
