Default Indicator lamp won't click back in

I am really quite ashamed at having to ask this folks. But I need to change the front indicator bulb and did so easily, but now I cannot get the lamp to secure back into the bumper, what I am missing here.

Please help this dunce

has the clip broken off .. they have a habit of doing so , if not broken i seem to remember you have to locate the outer edge first then push to click. I'm not 100 % sure thats the correct way as i normally remove the bulbs from underneath its easier than breaking the clips

Thanks for this, but did not notice a clip, so maybe I have broken it!

Cheers

I would have posted this link earlier but the pictures had gone walkabout. Back in place now, (Thanks Mike).

Excellent, thanks very much. It's really helpful to have photos & it's a bit of a shame that Haynes more or less says don't try to take the light unit out in that way. Once I had seen the photos I had it out in 30 seconds & if I'd had a flat bladed screwdriver with me it would have been even easer to get it out.

Top stuff
