Evening all, advice on plenums pretty please!
Hi all! Have owned my 75 for about 3 months now and since I first bought the car I have heard alot about plenums and the trouble they can cause. Not being overly compertant in all things mechanical I had been putting it of, but reading stories about ECU damage etc has kinda pushed me into doing something about it. I have typed "plenums" into the search bar but can not find a "how to" does any one know where one may be?
I would ask for some help with the job but I don't believe many people are from my neck of the woods! Thanks for looking guys and gals.

Click on the link below. It answers your question and gives you an idea how to make life easier when keeping the plenum clear.

Sure someone will be along with the fix, but, if you are around when the Nano meet is on in Wolverhampton come to that and I am sure you could get the Modification done there. You have to take the Panels off under the windscreen wipers normally but with the mod you just take the bung out and fix from there.
Just seen Artic beat me to it... He is the king of the plenum fix, as showed me having never heard of it before, and has very kindly offered to do my new car at the meet. Last edited by Dominic22; 29th August 2011 at 23:16.. |

Unfourtuantly due to the nature of my work (chef) I really don't think there is any chance of me attending on Saturday However if the next meet is 8 weeks or so away chances are I could probably book it of if I know enough in advance
