You really are a happy chappy, grievas!

How about every household being allowed no more than one car but it must have 400+ BHP. This should minimse congestion problems as well as demands on the NHS.

I'm 6ft tall and suffer the same problem but I'm sure I would protect you a lot better than a small person would, if we were to end up in a brawl.

4x4's, SUV's, Vans, trucks etc etc, they are no different, what's your point exactly? 4x4's tend not to travel at high speeds, whereas cars do and are involved in more accidents. I myself would rather be in a 4x4 in a collision, as above when I mention about my young family...

All shapes and sizes of vehicles are involved in accidents, but 4x4's and SUV's do give the occupants more protection.

As you say Gerald "you might think"so but traffic incidents/accidents involve so many different factors its impossible to say. You pay your money and take your chance and hope in the same position your first words are about the other persons welfare. Chris S.

He survived didn't he, no injuries, the two people in the Kia needed hospital treatment. Thankfully no one was seriously injured, you certainly cannot blame the 4x4 for the accident...

Who knows what would have happened if he was also in a small car, two cars involved in such an impact normally ends with one car and the occupants comping off a lot worst.
