120 amp Valeo is the one I'd go for. They were the factory fit and tend to achieve 100,000 miles plus. Available at Euro car parts. Lee.

Can't say I've heard of BOLK but given the saying Buy cheap buy twice and the amount of work involved changing an alternator on the diesel engine I'd be wary of putting that on my car personally. Lee.

HI Dave.
Your alternator will either have a two pin plug or a three pin plug, remove it and check, also ask the sellers to make sure.

Three pin plug

Two pin plug.

That is correct - a three pin alternator can be fitted in place of a 2-pin unit. Third pin is unused.

Hi Lee.
As you can see Maninder as answered the question, the links I gave are for those whom wish to change like for like, also they are a lot cheaper than ECP which over inflate the price then add a discount but it still does not match the prices of the above link.

ECP want this & a surcharge they must be having a laugh, even if you add the winter35 code

Hi Steve, I didn't actually click on your links to be honest hence my incorrect assumption, my apologies for that. Lee.
