She is thanks Phil - the list of what she shouldn't eat now seems to be far longer than the one with OK food.
One of the simplest things which the dietician recommended which has really helped with the acid reflux problem is having a glass of milk, or a few spoons of yoghurt, before going to bed - it's definitely made a difference

I'm enjoying a bit of solitude - Angela has gone off on her Thursday morning friends' and relatives' visits - as well as calling into the town market to get my weekly supply of ginger biscuits

I'm sat here with the blinds closed - the sun is so bright I can't see the computer screen otherwise
Now that's some think Rod I can't remember the last time I had a ginger biscuit Lilian is off to Asda tomorrow I will make sure they on on her list

Stirring the paint.

Good,I have some wallpapering to do in the bedroom,so its no excuse now you are a self confessed expert.
I will get a good supply of pies in.

Thats where I must be going wrong,I put on an old tee shirt and polo shirt,I shall have to get the Crombi out of the wardrobe.
We have an airport at Norwich Phil,so if you have a flight to Amsderdam and then a short flight into Norwich, you can be back home for supper.

Failing that I have 4 bedrooms but you will have to decorate it first if you are staying over
Just get on with it

I have not met anyone who said they had a lovely war. One of my friends in ZA has a photo of his dad on Facebook. A German general who Hitler had put into prison and been tortured, for his role in being part of the plot to assassinate Hitler. He was freed by the allies after the war and from the photo you can see how the nazis had broken him. He looked sunken - a shadow of his former self. He was related to the British royalty and because of this connection, Hitler decided not to have him executed.

I think you should all head this way armed with rollers and brushes, that way I will get done quicker.

Just a thought
