Possible Scam

Hi all,

Just received a text message from 07925 738202.

Message reads:
"SANTAN-ALERT At 24/01/2022 at 19:18 you added a device from your account. If this was not you please visit: https//onlinebanking.security-manage-payee.com

As far as I can find out the number comes from China and doesn't match any sort of account I have. Obviously, I haven't gone anywhere near the link.

Just a heads up.

I received the same. I just deleted it immediately.

If it is a scam, that number must be quite new because there's no history, as yet, of people reporting their concerns. Whenever I get questionable texts or calls, I check it on the Who Called Me? website. This is a service that collates such stuff and usually allows you to judge whether or not it's legit.
Quite often, the answer is obvious.
