Some help with a Photoshop picture please?.
So I have no experience with Photoshop, and as such would have no idea where to start and wondered if anyone here could help. I have 3 pictures of a couple of motors and I want them made to look like vehicles from the film CARS, you know with the eyes and the mouths.. Is there anyone on here that could do that please?, I'm happy to pay someone for there services if need be. thanks.
