Seems a good deal. Apparently there really aren't any catches either

We had 8 panels fitted last September by Solar Capital on the same basis. We are highly delighted with them. So far they have generated 1400KwH with no capital outlay. Our solicitor looked at the contact and said it was sound and was keen to do the same. We had had quite a few quotes beforehand ranging between £11-£13,000.
