Default Finally fitted my premium bumper!

Well, I finally fitted the premium bumper I bought from ebay about 18 months ago :-( And as promised, to those who have given me the inspiration to do this, here are some pics.

The grille parts are from radioguy. I bought the Chinese chrome grill but thought I would prefer black - so stripped the chrome, chopped off the part that holds the badge and shaped it, so I could use the original facelift badge, then sprayed it black to match the mesh parts.

I'd like to say a big thank you to Devilish for supplying me with some brackets and of course his fine 'how to' on fitting the Chinese grille. Also, a big thank you to Trebor for going to the trouble of designing and sourcing the Rover 75 badge for these grille's. And last but not least to Sean (radioguy) for sourcing the Chinese grill parts - which I know was not without some stress.

Tommy :-)

Grille parts all bought from radioguy - he has a shop on this forum and I believe has just taken delivery of some new grille's. Yes, MG7 bit chopped of and reshaped!

Tommy :-)

Thought about doing that, but I thought it might look a bit naff, it looks good in black with silver car, so a colour matched MG7 surround modified as per your pix will look good. Was there enought plastic to just cut and form the new profile, or did you have to add plastic filler?
