Fbh remote fob

No doubt asked before but can find no answer posted,do you need the correct fob for each receiver or can you use say a t91 fob on a t80 receiver,I have tried my friends t91 fob from his landrover with no success although followed the pairing procedure to the letter,although it was previously paired to his range rover with no problems,can the fob be paired to a second vehicle or is it a one off pairing,thanks in advance for all you learned replys.

You can definitely pair the fobs to more than one vehicle - I've done it. I'm not sure if the T80 receiver can pair with T91 fob - but I'm sure I've seen it said that you can pair the T80 receiver and T90 fob - perhaps someone can give a more definitive answer on that?

according to Webasto it is compatible. Maybe call them up and ask if there are any complications.

I've just fitted a GSM switch to my webasto.......cheaper than a tele start and unlimited range. Although the tele start quotes ranges of unto 1000 metres, in reality it can be much less than that, particularly if the car is in a multi-story car park!
