Be careful - I suspect that it might be a clone. Very rare for a 4 cyl police car to be an automatic - just not fast enough, and I should know as I had one for 9 years - lovely, but sluggish (for me anyway!) and thirsty (28mpg at best).
This one would have been retired at least 12 years ago, and looks too fresh. I think it is just a show car.

I'm not interested regardless of how much someone might be trying to persuade me but this particular auctioneers do have some rare and unusual stuff turn up so you never know.
