Well as per usual my luck doesn't change turns out the "cash"buyer for my late aunt's house isn't actually so,he has a "related sale" whatever that is ?

Jeff will be waking up to blue sky and sunshine here this morning in costa del norfolk.

The forecast for later is more of the wet stuff

Its our annual boys fishing trips, next week,fingers crossed we are not locked down ,my friend from Bedfordshire normally stay here with us for the week
