Well what fool you are. No I never wrote that the glow plugs were on.
I wrote that the glow plug relay getting wet can lead to unexpected battery drain: this is not the same thing (except, apparently, in your head). I never once suggested that the relay was full on and delivering full power to the glow plugs at all.
