I am wanting a complete auto dimming interior mirror for my 75.

The sensor you can see on the rear detects when it’s dark and then when it is (or you cover it with a finger to test) and light shines on the sensor in the wee hole in the mirror itself, at the top, it will then darken to reduce the glare.
Easiest test is shine a torch at the front and cover that sensor with a finger, if it’s working you will notice the mirror darken

what colour wires from the mirror have you used for + and -.
You only need to use 2 wires. The third is to do with reversing, I think it prevents dimming when reverse is selected.
