What is the problem with your existing starter? The solenoid (click, click) problem is easily remedied if it is that. Mickyboy may have one.

Default Starter motor KV6 Auto

I have a starter motor that will fit a KV6 automatic - you don't say if your car is auto or manual.

I got it as a spare when I had my cars . It came from Mickyboy and is very clean.

The price is £ 35 plus postage . I can send photos if I have an e-mail address if so required. It is listed in my spares for sale on the forum here.

PM me if interested

Ian

If it's just clicking or you get nothing when you go to start, the usual culprit is the contacts in the solenoid.
A very straightforward job to do (remove starter motor) & a fraction of the cost of a new one.
An example here:

The above is like I said just an example (automatic).

Thumbs up Starter from a KV6 manual

I've got one too - it's a Denso NAD101180 from a V6 that's done less than 40k (manual gearbox). PM me if you don't buy Clinte's auto box one.

If you want to drive down to Bungay I’ll take a look for you and advise on what you need.
