Have you got a local Landrover Independent garage? I take a couple of 5 litre cans round to mine and they fill them up with the correct stuff at a reasonable cost.

I have read Dexron 3 is not suitable.

Search for smith and Allen on ebay. They do 5 litres of n402 for £27.

There was recently a post on this forum for the same price from an alternative source also.

I have also read but not used that comma (I think) atfu is suitable, but have not used it - the u standing for universal.

Any JWS 3309 transmission fluid will do it meets the spec of N402

You'll need at least 8 litres to do the job
