Default SYNERGY 2 Switch Settings

I have lost the instructions on the setting up for the SYNERGY 2, I have the information on the rotary switch, but am not sure if the MAF switch should be on or off if you have Ron's PIERBURGH senor?

Also does the air temp sensor need to be drilled into the MAF housing or into the air filter box.

Just wondering if anyone can help me out?

Thanks
Tony

essentially you will have access to settings 4,5 and 6 with pierburg.(although try 7,8,9 and see what happens!)
maf switch needs to be on.
if you switch synergy range off, then as long as dial is on 4, 5 or 6, then you will have Medium boost which is what the P needs.
If you have the dash switch, dont bother as its "other" settings are only low MAFAM boost and that will be sluggish.

Others have been experimneting with tucking IAT on the bulkhead, rather than in the cooler air stream... presuming that it will encourage leaner running and more mpg.

All you need to do with the sensor is tire it up to the bulkhead. you will have to play around with the setting to find the one that suits you best Ron told me the best setting was 5 or 6.
