The Ribe 8 & Torx +50 are virtually identical in profile ( if you look at my comparison pic) so either would do, provided of course, the relevant bolts are fitted in the first place

A Ribe 8

This is on my car, others may be different

Simple reason for all this:
A Torx bit will 'fit' a Torx Plus or a Ribe bolt,
But a Torx Plus or Ribe bit won't fit a Torx bolt.
It's in the shape and width of the 'points'.
A Torx Plus or Ribe fits the seat bolt socket more snugly than a Torx bit does.
A Torx bit will work OK, but it puts more stress on the pointy ends than they're designed for.

EDIT: Having Looked at my bolts closely and compared them with the well fitting Ribe bit I bought, I think the seat bolts are Torx Plus type. The Ribe type has a cornered trough rather than curved.
RAVE says use a Torx bit.
Basically, use what works.

...........and if these bolts haven't been out before, be prepared for some hard work as they're put in with some sort of thread locking compound.
