The circuit board is not available.
When the circuit board fails it doesn't exhibit the symptoms your car has. Your symptoms are a classic case of a failed silver resistor. It's a cheap and straightforward repair.

Hi David.
No the board is not available, but what is available is a man called French Mike whom will repair the board for you if you post it out to him, i have at least four at the moment i need to send over to him, so don't worry get that gold resistor change over first.

Use a multimeter to test the resistance of the silver resistor. If it is open circuit then it has failed or...
If you bridge the resistor out and carry out the demist test the fan should start on high speed, if it does then you have proved the resistor was at fault

Would that be the relay that went to the resistor by any chance?

Then check it out first.
It is your most likely cause of the problem.
