Sadly that doesn't seem to be a prerequisite for holding office.
(Copy and paste for most Government departments).

In case anybody is wondering, the diesel Auto tourer 2003 is category 4 in the Paris (French) Crit'air ratings. It is also now banned in Paris, which it wasn't in 2018 when I went there.

Do you have custom plates or has the vehicle been re-registered at all?

Interesting, I put the reg of my old '02 2002 ZT V6 and shows as compliant so why would a Rover 75 be different to a ZT?

I know there was quite a few issues with classic cars being listed as being non-compliant and hence chargeable but I think TfL have corrected it now that show vehicles over 40 year old - historic taxation class are now exempt. I've taken my 1975 bus in to LEZ with no problems, quite ironic driving around amongst Euro 5 & 6 buses, the only thing green about my bus being the colour

So technically you could put a number plate from a compliant vehicle onto a non
compliant car and drive into a restricted area ?
