Rare Connoisseur SE Badge?
Hello all
The bloke I bought my 75 off of had a load of other 75s, one of them being a dealer special. The notable thing, other than all the other interesting things was a badge on the boot, it said “Connoisseur SE” I was wondering how rare these are? As I have never ever seen one on any other rover. I included a photo (If it works!!) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I dont think thats an official Rover badge, if it is then its very very rare indeed as thats the only one I have ever seen.

Wasn't there a Conny SE made only LHD that had some subtle trim variations? Quite possible this badge found it's way onto a RHD on the production line..

Is that a T plate car? If so could it be something that never made it to full production.

That's not a factory badge. Possibly a dealer although it looks more home-made to me as the typefaces look wrong.

I do also agree with that, though the last owner did not do it, neither did the one before that. Someone asked whether it was a T reg and it is, a dealer launch car, so it is probably done from the dealer? But I don’t know Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have seen that badge in a YouTube video, though I’m pretty sure it’s the same car.
