Wink Connecting radio to multiple cd changer

I would be grateful for some advice on connecting an Alpine auto changer to a Rover CD80 radio cassette. The changer has an 8 pin round connecting plug. Boot installation would be preferred.

I don't think you can without an interface. Your best bet would be to get a Symphony head unit
