Canon stock

I have been using a Sigma 24-70 F2.8 as a walk around lens and finally decided to take the plunge and change to a Canon 24-70L. Sold the Sigma but can't get the 'L' - no stock anywhere due to the troubles in Japan

If anybody spots any stock in their local camera shop can you give me a shout?

That's the one. Prices start from £999 - most stockists are still advertising but have no stock and still taking orders

Hi,

Just a thought, have you considered the canon ef 24-105l instead, not as fast at f4 but does have image stabalization and is cheaper!
Stocks appear to be good too

It's the f2.8 that I want, I also have the 70-200L so the 24-70 fits nicely with what I have.

Tried most known good outlets Inc camera pricebuster site. The problem is some dealers aren't being very honest about stock and I'm reluctant to order to be told that they actually have no stock but they have taken my money. In Warrington with work and local dealer says they are expecting a delivery tomorrow but unsure what's in the delivery.
