That's the Roewe copy bumper which has completely different lights from the MGR Premium. The Roewe lamps are held by screwed brackets on the rear. You need the bumper off to properly get at these. I suppose with some acrobatics through the lower access panel it might be possible to get at the fastenings.

Hi Steve.
Do as Gary says above remove the triangle trim under the bumper in the photo below and you should be able to turn the light plug replace the bulb and fit it back with out removal of the bumper.

I would be able to turn and remove the light plug with pliers. Would this be OK as I don't want to snap it if it is securely sealed.

HI Steve.
It should twist anticlockwise can you not reach with your fingers, if you look at the photo above there is a flat part to put your thumb on, let us know how you get on.

Here's a photo of the bulbholders and wiring connectors for the Roewe front lights/indicators.

That's the connection at the top I have to remove. Steve (Arctic) advises me that it will come out by turning it anti clockwise. Thank you for your help, it's appreciated.

Now sorted. I got to it via the wheel arch and removed it by turning it anti clockwise. Thank you for all the advice everyone.
