I think that Mark has had to go and have a rest after catching sight of the night nurse

Ended up getting up and going downstairs to get a throat lozenge, which did the trick, but by that time was wide awake!

So ended up turning the computer back on and went on line till about 2.30, which at that point went back to bed only for Mrs D to wake me up again at about 4 o'clock!

Been taking Lemsip Max every 4 hours, but still feel like absolute poo, with headache, cough and streaming nose!

Just spent a couple of hours in bed (which I NEVER do) and still feel dreadful, suppose I better watch a bit of telly, otherwise I won't sleep tonight, but apparently, there's a lot of this about at the moment!
Any consolation Mark, that is how I felt last week,it will clear after a few days.

Will have to senda nurse round

You are absolutely right Steve - you've got a better memory than me - must be all the fish you eat, as that's supposed to be good for the brain. Think I'll nip out and see if I can catch a whale

If we are forming a LCOZ Union we will need a Shop Steward,as Jeff has a shop, he can be our Shop Steward.

The question is!

Who has a Bar

Luckily not me
