Default door finishers and chrome mirror caps



Tomorrow i am going to a dutch breaker who has got door finishers and chrome mirror caps

What is an reasonable price for this set?

He said he sells the mirrors complete but they don't fit on a lhdrive so i only need the caps.

I see some mudflaps to !

well i have seen the door finishers go for £90.00 plus on ebay..the chrome bullets the same,the caps about half that.check with the breaker if they are powerfold mirrors

Ok yes power fold, And I told him they don't fit but I have seen the how to thread to modify them. (lhd to rhd)

that is correct.the drivers side switch is needed, and all other goodies like the torpedo badges,bootlid handle while your there

If you need LHD mirror stanchions then I'm sure there a few members on here that have converted the LHD ones from Les and have them hanging around.

Does the boot lid handle fits a tourer?

If they're the Rover door finishers and not Crofts version, they'll be made of plastic. Be very, very carefully trying to remove them.

If it has got powerfolds, the switch alone could fetch well over £50. Door looms may be an idea as well.

Check the interior for "additional" walnut bits. Namely handbrake and steering wheel.

Also check for Harman Kardon speakers.
