I mounted both my reversing camera and rear facing camera to the underside of the Eye Level Brake light cover with M1 bolts.

I fed the video wires through the convoluted tube into the tailgate, connected them to single thin wall LED wires, passed these wires through the convoluted tube to the window, then between the glass and metal window body to the ELB, where I connected them to the cameras. Feeding the wire in between the glass and steel body sandwich was tight, care must be taken not to scratch the black coating on the glass.
An easier alternative method is to make small slit in the convoluted tubing near the ELB cover to pass the wires into the tube through to the tailgate,

I fed wires through the window sandwich and convoluted tube using the earth wire from 1.0mm T&E domestic cable as a fish.

Perfect place for them on a tourer.

Would post some pics but done with image hosting.
